Our process is like this

When planning to place an order for a customized color service, you must first contact customer service via WhatsApp.

Customers who want to purchase customized colors service need to purchase a VIP physical color card first and only need to pay HKD400 for shipping (the physical color card is free of charge, and the customized color service fee is only charged when placing an order for a prosthesis)

Customer service will give you a paid link to pay the shipping fee for the physical color card first.

1. We will first mail the physical color card to the customer. You can only choose the color on the physical color card as the skin tone (lighter or darker can be adjusted slightly by negotiation). The default express delivery is DHL express.

2. After the customer receives the physical color card, tell us which color you like, or put the color card on your thigh and take a photo for us, and take a photo of the areola color to customize the glans and balls (one white light, one Open flash light, no filter)

3. Place an order for customized coloring service (HKD780), add the prosthesis that requires customized color to the shopping cart and check out together. After completing the payment, wait for the product to be produced. The same customer only needs to pay for customized coloring service once and can enjoy free customized coloring for the next two years.

4.Customized color cards will be retained for 2 years. Within 2 years, customers only need to order the product directly and make a note that they want to customize color and their name. We will find the color card that belongs to the customer based on the name of the customer's previous order and color it for him.

There are no returns/refunds for customized color cards. Any discounts and after-sales warranty services are also not applicable.
